I’m Pete Owen, a sports analytics enthusiast based in Australia. I build open-source R packages for rating players and predicting matches across football and AFL.

Football player ratings using Regularized Adjusted Plus-Minus (RAPM) with a Statistical Plus-Minus (SPM) prior. Covers the major domestic leagues, from the Big 5 outward, plus the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League.
